If Summer Anchor is the right fit, I assess your child's reading and writing directly.
The Blueprint Assessment is a one-on-one session between me and your child. I work with them directly to see where their reading and writing are right now. At the end of that session, you receive the Summer Blueprint, a written plan built from what I observed, not a general recommendation.

If the Summer Blueprint confirms sessions make sense, we begin.
Every session is one-on-one, online, and follows the plan your child's Summer Blueprint maps out. Sessions are built around what your child specifically needs to keep their reading and writing skills available through the summer and into September.

Recall, not worksheets. Application, not repetition for its own sake. Each session asks your child to do something with what they already know, so the brain registers that skill as something still in use.
Research on retrieval practice, the act of pulling information from memory rather than reviewing it, consistently shows that skills recalled regularly over time stay more available than skills that are reviewed once and set aside. Summer Anchor spaces that practice across the summer so your child's brain keeps treating those reading and writing skills as active and needed.

The Blueprint Assessment ($97) is the first paid step after the Learning Strategy Session. It produces the Summer Blueprint, a written document that tells you and your child exactly what to focus on this summer and why. It's built from what I observe directly in the session with your child, not a general recommendation.
